Frenchy by Hilton

A defiantly décomplexé French dining experience

Frenchy Hero

When Hilton set out to create a new French restaurant at the core of their newly redesigned hotel in downtown Toronto, they knew they needed a distinct dining experience. And so together we developed Frenchy, the brand for that very restaurant. Our vision is to design a unique and elevated French brasserie experience, but to do it in a nonchalant way. With no inhibition. Truly décomplexé, as they say. The thing is, we are so unapologetically committed to this concept of easy indulgence that we are at the same time defiant. That we have edge to our chill. That we are defiantly décomplexé.
