We’re looking for an accomplished Senior Brand Strategist eager to shape brands on a global and U.S. scale. You’ll be at the core of our growth, working with a sharp, collaborative, and supportive team to drive transformation. This role challenges you to bring strategic thinking, creativity, and insight-driven storytelling to brands spanning Tech, MedTech, Entertainment, Sport, and beyond. If you can seamlessly flex between brand strategy, comms planning, and creative thinking—this could be for you.

You can…

  • Lead strategic thinking across multiple accounts, ensuring work is insight-driven and breakthrough.
  • Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and strategic territories that inspire bold creative.
  • Guide the strategic development process, from research and insights to execution.
  • Synthesize complex information into clear, compelling, and actionable strategic direction.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, account, and media teams to shape work that makes an impact.
  • Stay ahead of cultural trends and industry shifts, bringing fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table.
  • Present and sell strategic thinking to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity.
  • Mentor and guide junior strategists, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Must-Have Experience:

  • Min. 5+ years of agency or brand strategy experience.
  • A proven track record of developing transformative brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills—able to bring strategy to life in a compelling way.

Great-To-Have Experiences:

  • Tech and/or Med Tech
  • US and/or Global brand strategy experience
  • Entrepreneurial or start-up
  • Anything unique/unusual or non-advertising
